2.1 Booking Services:
Clients may browse and book services listed by Providers. Alwrk does not guarantee availability or accuracy of listings.

2.2 Payments & Escrow:
All payments go into escrow and are released to Providers upon confirmation of job completion or automatically after three days.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds:

3. Terms for Providers

3.1 Service Listings:
Providers must ensure accuracy and legality of all service listings and comply with local regulations.

3.2 Fees & Payouts:
Alwrk deducts a transaction fee as specified in your agreement. Payouts are available for withdrawal to your local bank or mobile money account.

3.3 Conduct & Compliance:
Providers agree to maintain professional standards. Alwrk may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

4.2 Resolution Process:
Disputes will be handled through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as determined by Alwrk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alwrk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
